Chinook Carpentry is owned and operated by Connor Scott, a craftsman who designs and builds custom furniture and enhances homes through fine finish carpentry and woodworking.

Connor spent much of his adult life in the wilds of Montana and Alaska, working as a fishing guide and aircraft mechanic. Those experiences instilled in him a deep respect for natural materials and the value of patience, precision, and durability — values that continue to guide his work today.

Now based in Salt Lake City, Chinook Carpentry brings the same mindset to every project, creating handmade furniture and home renovation that combine craftsmanship, function, and timeless design.

Each piece is made by hand, built to last, and crafted to fit beautifully into the space it’s made for. Whether it’s a dining table, built-in bookshelf, or kitchen remodel, every project reflects the same care, pride, and attention to detail that define his craft.
